7-i-1 gurkemeje-kompleks 120 kapsler

The 120-capsule count means this jar lasts me nearly two months, which is great value for the price. I’ve been taking two a day with breakfast and my morning stiffness in the hips has eased up noticeably since week three.

My knees have been noticeably quieter on my morning walks since I started these, and the 120-capsule bottle means I don't have to reorder every few weeks. The antioxidant angle was the main draw for me, and three weeks in, the stiffness after sitting is way less annoying.

My knees don't creak nearly as much as they did a month ago, and the capsules are small enough that I don't dread swallowing them. It's been a solid daily addition for my morning routine, and I'm already on my second bottle.
