Gurkemeje med ingefær og sort peber 2280mg 180 kapsler

The 180-capsule bottle is going to last me ages at two a day, which makes the price feel fair. I’ve noticed my joints don’t creak as much by mid-afternoon since I started taking them with my lunch.

The 2280mg strength per serving is noticeable—my knees feel less stiff by late afternoon, and the black pepper actually seems to make a difference. I’ve been taking two capsules with breakfast for a month now, and the bottle’s still over half full. That’s a solid value for a daily habit.

Three capsules a day is easy to remember, and at 2280mg per serving you get solid value from 180 caps that’ll last two months. My joints feel noticeably less creaky after breakfast since I started taking them with food.
