D-vitamin D3 med K-vitamin K2 MK7 180 tabletter

The tablet is small and easy to swallow, which matters to me since I gag on bigger pills. Taking one each morning with breakfast has been painless, and I feel good knowing I'm covering both D3 and K2 for my bone health.

The tablet size is easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I struggle with big pills. I've been taking one daily with breakfast for a couple months now and feel like my energy levels have leveled out nicely in the afternoons.

Three months in, my knees feel noticeably less stiff in the morning, and I haven’t caught the bug going around the office. The 180-tablet count is a solid value, and I love that the K2 is in the MK7 form so it actually gets absorbed.
