Reines Himalaya-Shilajit-Gold-Harz-Komplex

I've been taking my quarter-gram dose every morning before coffee, and the resin has that strong earthy, mineral bite I've come to associate with quality shilajit. The 30g jar is already looking like it'll last me well past two months, which makes the price feel fair for a daily wellness staple.

Thirty grams is plenty for daily use, and I’ve gotten into the habit of taking a pea-sized bit each morning. The resin dissolves easily in warm water and has that earthy, mineral taste I actually don’t mind. Feels like a solid, grounding addition to my routine.

The resin is sticky and dark as expected, but it dissolves cleanly into warm water without leaving grit. I've noticed a steadier level of energy through the afternoon since starting it, and the 30g jar has lasted me well past the first month.
