Glukosamiini- ja kondroitiinitabletit

Three weeks in and the stiffness in my knees when I get out of bed is noticeably better, which is more than I expected from a tablet. The bottle is easy to handle and the tablets are coated, so no chalky aftertaste lingers around.

My knees stopped aching during my morning walks after about three weeks of taking these with breakfast. The tablets are a decent size but nothing I choke on, and I've noticed I'm not reaching for the ibuprofen as often.

The tablets are easy to swallow, which matters when you take them daily. I’ve noticed my knees feel a bit less achy after my morning walks, though it took about two weeks to feel any difference.
