Tablet Rosehip

The 120-capsule pack has lasted me nearly two months, which makes the 5000mg strength feel like solid value for a daily supplement. I take one each morning with breakfast and it's just become part of my routine now, no fuss.

My knees have been creaking less since I started taking one of these 5000mg capsules each morning. The pack of 120 lasts ages for the price.

The 120-capsule bottle is plenty for a two-month supply at my current dose, and each one goes down easy without any aftertaste. My joints feel a bit less creaky in the mornings now, which is a win for a daily 5000mg habit.
