My knees don't creak when I get out of bed anymore, which is saying a lot since I'm on my feet all day at work. The 5400mg dose with black pepper makes it easy to tell it's actually absorbing, and the tablets are small enough to swallow without choking.

After six weeks of taking two with breakfast, the swelling in my knuckles is noticeably down and I'm getting through my afternoon hikes without that familiar ache. I do wish the tablets were a bit smaller to swallow, but the 5400mg strength seems to be doing the job so the trade-off is worth it.
