Vegan Omega 3 Supplement Met Algenolie

The softgels are surprisingly easy to swallow and don't leave that gross fishy aftertaste I dreaded. I've been taking them every morning with breakfast for a few weeks now and they fit right into my routine without any stomach upset.

I was worried about switching from fish oil, but the small softgels are easy to swallow and the algae oil gives me the same daily boost without any stomach upset that I used to get.

No fishy aftertaste at all, which was my biggest worry with any omega-3. I’ve been taking these with breakfast for three weeks and the algae oil source makes me feel good about the choice, plus the softgels go down easy.
