Myo-inositol-kompleks 7000 mg 120 veganske tabletter

The 7000mg dose is exactly what I was looking for, and the fact that it's 120 tablets means this bottle will actually last me two full months. I've been taking two a day with breakfast and haven't had any stomach upset, which is a first for me with supplements.

Three weeks in and my cycle is already feeling more regular than it has in months; the 7000mg dose per serving is serious but the tablets are coated so there's no chalky aftertaste. Glad I switched to a vegan option that actually fits my diet without compromising on strength.

The tablets are surprisingly easy to swallow for 7000mg, which was my biggest worry before buying. Three weeks in, I feel more balanced and less bloated around that time of the month, so I'm sticking with the two-tablet routine.
