My knees stopped aching during my morning walks after about three weeks of taking these with breakfast. The tablets are a decent size but nothing I choke on, and I've noticed I'm not reaching for the ibuprofen as often.

These tablets are easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed the morning stiffness in my knees isn't as bad after a few weeks. I just wish they didn’t have such a strong aftertaste, but it’s manageable with some water.
